Guatemala El Progresso San Antonio - Medium Roast
This is a regional coffee sourced from the San Antonio La Paz region of the El Progreso department in Guatemala. Coffee here is grown on the Sierra de Las Minas mountain range, and is typically found between 1,650 and 1,900 meters above sea level. This is the highest non-volcanic mountain chain in Guatemala outside of the Huehuetenango region. Bourbon, Catuai, and Sarchimor varietals make up this lot, and are grown alongside other varietals under native forest shade. The humid forest microclimate is dominated by pine trees, lending the coffee a very unique profile.
