Very well rounded in body, acidity and sweetness. Colombia Excelso comes from the Colombian “Coffee Triangle” where small, family-owned farms pick and process their own coffee at micro-wet mills. They typically dry using elevated tables in solar dryers, protecting the coffee from rain. Expect notes of orange, milk chocolate and cherry.
